Omni (“Omni,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Platform”).   • Name, email address, phone number, account username.

B. Account & Transaction Information

  • RFED account identifiers (e.g., linking tokens), subscription history, trading signals followed, execution logs, performance reports.

  • Payment and billing information (e.g., billing address, payment method, last 4 digits of card; payments are processed by third-party providers).

C. Technical Information

  • Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system.

  • Usage data (logins, page views, interactions).

  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

D. Communications

  • Support requests, survey responses, marketing preferences, and correspondence with Omni.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health data) unless required for compliance purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Platform.

  • Facilitate signal transmission between providers and RFEDs.

  • Process subscriptions, payments, and billing.

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.

  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse.

  • Conduct analytics and improve the Platform.

  • Send service communications and, where permitted, marketing messages.

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and NFA/CFTC recordkeeping obligations.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide services you request.

  • Consent: for marketing or optional data uses.

  • Legal obligation: to meet financial services regulations.

  • Legitimate interests: to improve services, detect fraud, and protect the Platform.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers – payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools.

  • RFEDs and trading partners – to facilitate linking and signal execution in your account.

  • Regulators and legal authorities – as required by law, regulation, or NFA/CFTC rules.

  • Corporate transactions – if Omni is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We require third parties to protect your data and use it only for the purposes specified.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for:

  • Account services (until closure or deletion request).

  • Regulatory and tax obligations (e.g., CFTC/NFA recordkeeping up to 5–7 years).

  • Payment and financial records (7 years under accounting law).

  • Security and fraud prevention (as long as reasonably necessary).

When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data.

6. International Transfers

Omni operates in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

  • For EEA/UK users, transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and UK addenda, as applicable.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain session security.

  • Remember user preferences.

  • Analyze site traffic and usage patterns.

  • Support limited marketing campaigns (where permitted).

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
